The best place to have typical Spanish tapas in Bremen. We go a lot and it's very good. It's all good. Especially the croquettes are of death (although they fly), and the chorizo ​​(although strong) is very good. The tortilla, like home, delicious. And they have galicia star beer (with and without alcohol), as well as soft drinks and very rich wines. And even sangria! Teresa is super nice too, and the girls who work with her too. The place in general is very well assembled. There are lots of tables and different food and drink stands. And the location is great, very central to everything. Also very important for families, is the children's area. At the bottom of the Markthalle there is a "Kinderecke" with plenty of space and things for children to play, to sit nearby and also enough to park the cars well, which is not possible everywhere. We have become at least 6 families with cars and lots of children and there was plenty of space. In addition to occasionally, spectacular parties are organized. It had been a while since I had such a good time at a party. :) And on the fourth Saturday of the month (except during holidays), a meeting of Spanish-speaking women is organized, and we had a great time !!

I was on day-trip in Bremen and visited la Piconera with some friends. Very good food, good service and an incredible athmosphere. I would never imagine being that close to Spain in the heart of Germany. A place to go!

A small but endearing Spanish corner in the center of Bremen whose owner, by the artistic name La Piconera, serves her clients with grace and love and sometimes delights us with her beautiful voice, accompanied on guitar by two Spanish guitar artists. You can't ask for more, Spain is in this bar.

Located in the new "Markthalle Acht" in the city centre, La Piconera has an outstanding variety of authentic spanish meals. Not only tapas, but also main dishes which are "hervorragend"! The team are just great and we are all hoping for the markthalle itself to get organized so that the stands there can fully show their potential! Don´t doubt to visit this authentic Stand which turns the Markthalle into a true spanish "Mercado central"!
